Apium graveolens. Several thick stalks per plant of candy-striped, deep red-light green will bless you table. Flavorful and crisp, yet tender. Harvest outer stalks and it will keep growing. Grows 16-20" tall by 5-8" wide. Full sun. Plant in moist, fertile, well-drained soil. Zones 3-8.
