Delphinium elatum. A mix of Delphinium forming mounds of deeply cut foliage, from which rise elegant spires displaying abundant flowers in shades of purple, blue, pink and cream. Herbaceous. May require staking. Sap may irritate skin. Great in beds, borders, cut flowers and massed. Grows 48-60" tall by 18" wide. Blooms early to mid summer. Full sun. Plant in fertile, well-drained soil. Zones 3-7.
