Oenothera speciosa. Basal branching perennial that spreads by underground runners. Fragrant white, bowl-shaped flowers that fade to a light mauve bloom in the evening. Great in border backs, naturalized and butterfly gardens. Grows 18-24" tall by 12-18" wide. Blooms late spring to late summer. Full sun. Plant in well-drained soil. Zones 4-9.
