Polemonium reptans. Eastern US native perennial has clusters of soft blue flowers. Attracts butterflies. Shady borders, woodland gardens. Grows18" tall by 18" wide. Blooms spring and early summer. Best in partial sun to full shade. Prefers humusy, well drained soil. Zones 3-8.
