Santolina rosmarinifolia. Bright green, rosemary-like foliage. Yellow button flowers. Entire plant is aromatic when bruised. Edging, borders, rock or knot gardens. Grows 12–24" tall by 36" wide. Blooms in June and July. Deadhead for best results. Full sun. Needs well drained soil. Zones 5-9.
