Adiantum pedatum. Clumping deciduous fern with finely textured, lacy fronds on wiry, black stems. Woodland gardens, and borders. Grows 12-30" tall by 12-18" wide. Non flowering. Part shade to full shade. Plant in moist, humus-rich, acidic soil. Zones 3-8.
