Mentha ×piperita. Vigorous, spreading perennial with stiff, upright stems of aromatic, bright green foliage. Originally named after a well known candy from Switzerland that it is said to flavor. Use in herb gardens and containers. Grows 12-18" tall by 36" wide. Blooms late spring to mid summer. Full sun to part shade. Plant in well-drained soil. Zones 3-7.
