Rosemarinus officinalis. Tender perennial, spreading rosemary with bright blue flowers and excellent flavor. Use as a ground cover, in rock gardens or as a spiller in containers. Grows 8" tall and spreads 18-24". Blooms in early-mid summer. Full sun. Plant in well-drained soil. Annual except in zones 8-10.
